Victory Gospel Band - John 3:16

The Victory Gospel Ministries began in 1989 in Baltimore, Maryland by Rev. James F. Thomas III He along with many local talents wanted to do something to change things for the better….They began playing music and using their talents to raise desperately needed food, clothing and resources for the homeless shelters in Baltimore. The efforts have helped tens of thousands in the area. Many are veterans. The mission is to GO into the world and preach the gospel to every creature – Mark 16:15. Serving the Lord through Music- Also Devotionals- online- in person jail ministries, veterans outreach and more- Our small farm currently produces enough free range organic eggs to help the local food pantries and people in the community. This has always been and always will be strictly NOT for profit. Every single item goes directly to those who need!
Total volunteer hours as of 2018- +56,000 hours
Now this ministry is in the Pacific Northwest. Stay tuned.

Rev. James went to be with the Lord in 2018 on February 17th. His work will continue and the mission continuing. His obituary can be viewed here.

Rev. Thomas and his band along with the many volunteers throughout the years have been able to collect and donate things needed for the homeless and have raised money for various charities in the Baltimore area. The combined efforts have directly helped tens of thousands of individuals – mainly homeless veterans and those who have suffered from addiction, poverty, social injustice, inequalities and more. This mission is now continuing in the Pacific Northwest and if focusing on the Clarkston Washington area and North west Idaho ……
